Dispute Resolution and Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Informal resolution
Before filing any formal dispute, you agree to contact us at support@applywithblueprint.com and attempt to resolve the issue informally for at least 30 days.
Binding arbitration
If we cannot resolve the dispute informally, you and Blueprint agree to resolve any claims through final and binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. Arbitration will take place in Delaware or, at your election, by phone or video conference.
Class action waiver
You and Blueprint agree that disputes will be resolved on an individual basis only. Neither party may participate in a class, collective, or representative action. If this waiver is found unenforceable, the entire arbitration provision is void.
Opt-out
You may opt out of arbitration by sending written notice to support@applywithblueprint.com within 30 days of creating your account. If you opt out, disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
Small claims exception
Either party may bring qualifying claims in small claims court.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Blueprint regarding the use of the Service.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. Blueprint may assign or transfer these Terms without restriction. You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without our written consent.
