Ways to show impact
There are several angles to consider when articulating your impact. Numbers are powerful, whether that means members recruited, funds raised, events organized, or people served. Growth matters too, showing how the club or project changed during your time. Recognition such as awards, media coverage, or invitations that resulted from your work adds credibility. And continuation is compelling, demonstrating that your work outlasted your direct involvement.
If you cannot quantify impact, describe the before and after. What was the situation before you got involved, and what did it look like when you were done?
