You can delete your account at any time. This permanently removes all your data from our systems.
How to delete your account
To delete your account, go to Settings and then Account. Scroll to the bottom and click "Delete Account," then confirm by typing your email address. Your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.
Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Download any essays or data you want to keep before deleting.
What gets deleted
Everything is removed, including your profile, essays, activity descriptions, and notes, as well as your college list, matches, and progress data. Messages with counselors are also deleted. Payment history is removed, though we retain anonymized transaction records for legal compliance.
