Calendar sync via .ics export
Export all your college deadlines as an .ics file and import them into Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, or Outlook.

One of the most requested features since we launched the Deadline Tracker was calendar integration. Students told us they already have their school schedule, extracurricular commitments, and personal reminders in their calendar app. They didn't want to check a separate tool for college deadlines.
How it works
Open the Deadline Tracker, click "Export to Calendar," and download an .ics file. Import it into Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, Outlook, or any app that supports the .ics standard. Each deadline shows up as an all-day event with the school name, application type, and a link back to Blueprint for details.
If you add or change deadlines in Blueprint later, you can re-export and the calendar will update. We considered building a live sync integration, but .ics export covers the most ground with the least friction. It works with every calendar app without requiring OAuth permissions or API keys.
