The counselor home now leads with a triage worklist, and a new analytics page shows how the whole cohort is tracking.

Counselors juggling hundreds of students told us the same thing: the hard part is knowing who needs help right now. The counselor home now answers that on sign-in, with a triage worklist sorted by urgency, the week's deadlines across the cohort, and a desk that collects unanswered messages and pending rec letter work.
A read-only analytics page rounds it out: readiness distribution, the completion journey from not started to submitted, and the application-status mix, so counselors can see where the whole class stands without opening a spreadsheet.
