Parent Dashboard for real-time visibility
Parents can now see their student's college list, upcoming deadlines, and application progress without needing to ask. A shared view that keeps everyone on the same page.

College applications create tension between students and parents. Students feel hounded. Parents feel left in the dark. Both are valid. The Parent Dashboard gives parents a read-only view of their student's progress so they can stay informed without micromanaging.
What parents can see
- The student's college list with match scores and deadlines
- Application status for each school (not started, in progress, submitted)
- Upcoming deadlines with days remaining
- Financial aid estimates if the student has filled them in
Parents cannot edit anything. They can't read essays. They can't change the college list. The dashboard is a window, not a control panel. Students invite their parent via email, and can revoke access at any time. We built it this way because the process belongs to the student. Parents just need enough visibility to be supportive without taking over.
